Context Mark 2:21-22. Many times in life we desire new things yet have trouble letting go of the old. Examples: health, habits, transition and in general bettering ourselves in any way. Many times their needs to be some type of exchange. To eat healthy I have to let go of my old diet. To make better habits I have to change some bad habits. Every new things needs an exchange with an old thing.
